A reservation cancelled 24 hours or less before arriving in the
hotel is not refundable. You can make use of your travel insurance
to cancel your trip. If you do not have travel insurance you can
fill in an application form on our site, this must be done within
24 hours after making the reservation, for a guaranteed carefree
holiday.
